A lot of this has to do with two key advantages of HotPads; One, our partners get a level of personal attention that doesn't exist at larger search sites. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS (CDDs) ARE BEING CREATED BY HOME DEVELOPERS TO PAY FOR A HOST OF MULTIMILLION-DOLLAR PROJECTS,FROM STREETS TO SWIMMING POOLS .FOR HOME BUYERS ,ITS ONE MORE EXPENSE THEY SHOULD PENCIL IN WHEN THEY DO THEIR NUMBER -CRUNCHING AS SAID BY TERESA MERCURIO . SHE SAID IN HER EXPERIENCE,SHE HAS SEEN DISTRICTS CHARGE ASSESSMENTS THAT RANGE FROM $900 TO $1,700 PER HOMEOWNER ADD THAT TO THE COST OF A NEW HOME SHE ALSO STATED THESE ARE SO NEW MOST PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE AT ALL THAT THERE IS A CDD ,OR WHAT A CDD IS .
